The shop hop for this
year is over, and plans are already underway for next year's edition.
We are recruiting more shops for more fun and freebies. Stay tuned for

Quilt Market in Houston
I am leaving first thing Thursday morning for the Houston Quilt
Market. I will be seeing fabric, patterns, books, and notions that will
be coming out in the next few months. Market last year is where I
ordered the cute Sheri Berry Halloween and Christmas fabrics - yes, I
was surprised to be shown Christmas fabrics so late in October, then
realized it was being ordered over a year in advance!
I'll be back Tuesday with a whole bunch of new ideas to share, and I'm
sure a hefty baggage fee... ah for the good old days of two free
checked bags per person....

Block of the Month is meeting SATURDAY the 10th and Monday
the 12th. Sorry for any confusion. Susan is in charge of the
presentation since I will be in Houston both days (and the shop hop
conflicted with our normal days).
