through Saturday, October 3rd, Quilt Play is participating in a shop
hop with seven other area quilt shops. Receive
a free fat quarter at each shop, a pattern piece

Newest bolts in the door include
Mill House Inn from Moda, Happy Campers from Moda, Posies Galore 1930's

Miller, a selection of prints including deer, kittens, and
novelties. Still on the way are Authentic and
Rouenneries from Moda, and more....

Guess What?
Last
Sunday, the Iced Mocha quilt found its way back to the shop. A customer
spotted a white plastic bag wedged between a planter and the wall next
to the front door. The quilt was inside, minus its label, but otherwise
intact and unharmed. My mom, my daughter, and I are happy to have it
back and it will be moving to Aurora this weekend to keep Emily warm at
the Illinois Math & Science Academy, which sometimes has climate
control issues - especially during those 6am fire alarms... but that's
another story. |
